What test fuels does ASG offer?
We provide a wide range of customized test fuels for material and bench testing. The portfolio includes conventional gasoline and diesel fuels, renewable fuels and purely synthetic test fuels. We can also meet special customer requirements in the field of biodiesel, such as RME and SME. We also have HVO and Jet Fuels in our portfolio.
In what volume and in what container sizes can test fuels be obtained?
In order to meet the different standards in development precisely, the filling is carried out according to customer needs in a volume range of 1 to 1000 liters. Small quantities in bottles for initial laboratory analyses can be purchased just as easily as drums and IBCs. On request and by arrangement, larger quantities can also be delivered.
Which standards play a role in the production and testing of experimental fuels?
Standard-compliant fuel analysis for your test fuels is the basic prerequisite for reproducible test results. Gasoline fuels are usually specified according to DIN EN 228 and diesel fuels according to DIN EN 590. Biodiesel (FAME) is subject to DIN EN 14214 or ASTM D6751. In addition to the classic standards, we can also offer testing fuels according to customer-specific requirements. Are renewable fuels also offered and what is the analytical focus here?
The range includes paraffinic diesel fuels based on hydrogenated vegetable oils (DIN EN 15940), classic biodiesel (DIN EN 14214) and advanced synthetic products (e.g. OME).
