- Glass column – Batch operation
- Pressure: 1 mbar to atmospheric pressure
- Temperature: Room temperature to 350 °C (electrical heating)
- Feed volume: min. 300 mL (500 mL flask), 1 L flask
- Sample fractionation
- Packed column, annular gap column or random packing column

- Distillations (ability to determine concentration on each tray)

- Glass column – continuous or batch operation
- Pressure: Atmospheric pressure
- Temperature: Room temperature to 350 °C (electrical heating)
- Feed rate: approximately 500 mL/h
- Liquid and gas sampling possible on each tray
We offer crude oil distillation according to the standard procedure ASTM D2892.
This distillation includes the following services:
- Feed volume: 4 L, 6 L and 10 L
- Dewatering (if water content exceeds 0.3%)
- Debutanization at -45 °C
- Distillation in the range of 15 to 370°C
(vacuum range: 2 mmHg) - Collection of fractions according to your specifications
(max. 20 cuts) - Distillation curve (vol % and mass %), quantity measurement and density determination
- Analysis of cuts according to your specifications
- Filling, packaging and shipping of cuts

about Crude Oil Distillation
We offer crude oil distillation according to the standard procedure ASTM D5236.
This distillation includes the following services:
- Feed volume: 4 L, 6 L and 10 L
- Vacuum range: 10 mmHg to 0.1 mmHg
- Distillation in the range of 370 – 560 °C
- Collection of fractions according to your specifications
(max. 20 cuts) - Quantity measurement and density determination
- Analysis of cuts according to your specifications
- Filling, packaging and shipping of cuts
